I was heavy into athletics and body building. I've moved on to the next chapter of my life. It still includes staying fit, but my focus is now around my production company and my family.
I still plan on doing fitness videos but I also want to spotlight the importance and use of creative skills in everyday life.
We are all creative in some way. It is a tragic thing to never let the world see what you can create. It doesn't have to be drawing it can be anything. Let's nurture that side of ourselves. Art opens up the gates of a shackled mind that is limited by wage-induced labor.
