Upon hearing about the TRAPPIST-1 solar system and its 7 potentially habitable planets, an insatiable urge to train my traps came over me, as though suddenly possessed by an otherworldly entity. I'm blanketed by a fascination with the cosmos when on a clear evening I can observe the shining bits of light permeating the night sky. Millions of miles away exists divergent worlds unfathomable and all but mythical compared to our paradigm. Worlds we may never see in our lifetime. It blows my fucking mind.
This video is my inspired TRAPS WORKOUT. Inspired by the TRAPPIST-1 solar system. I hope you enjoy it.
