The process of my abdominal training regimen is similar to pursuing an ambivalent love interest - sure, I am making headway, but with great difficulty and persistence. I train abs nearly everyday. At first, this is not possible because of the soreness. As I become more and more consistent, however, the soreness subsides and the conditioning of my abdominals increases. This actually makes it more difficult to become sore which means I need to work that much harder to get better.
The exercises in this video are my favorite, straight to-the-point, easy-to-do, abs exercises on the ground. These exercises involve bringing the ribs towards the hips in what I call a ground routine. This is in contrast to a hanging routine, which I will cover in the next video. The hanging routine will include exercises that bring the hips towards the ribs.
Important note: you won't see any abs if you don't eat a lean diet...no matter how hard or consistent you train.
