This Pilates workout targets the outer and inner thighs, glutes, and abs. We use a mini ball and ankle weights to add some intensity to Pilates exercises.
I used 2lb ankle weights but you could use anywhere from 1lb to 3lbs. If you don't have ankle weights, you have the option of using a resistance loop band or no weight.
