Butternut squash and lentils Recipe

1 butternut squash
1 onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup of red lentils
1 teaspoon minced garlic
500 ml water
1 tablespoon stock powder
1 teaspoon salt

Cook for 15-20 minutes or until soft

Add a tablespoon of sour cream and blend
Add salt and pepper to taste 😋
