A simple creamy sauce made with mustard and cooking cream. This sauce is ready in no time at all and is the perfect sauce to go with pan-fried pork chops (check out the video here), boiled potatoes, or chicken schnitzel (video here: • Chicken Schnitzel with a Mushroom Pepperco... ).
The sauce contains simple ingredients: onions, garlic, white pepper, cooking cream, butter, and some parsley and garlic chives. In the absence of cooking cream, you can use heavy cream or you can make a roux and then add milk.
