If we hear the word #mustard, it must be very identical to the thought of yellow sauce that we can spread on hot dogs or hamburgers. Yes, it is true!! but it turns out that there are a lot of #mustard variants and their designations as #Yellowmustard has becomes popular because of it's unique, strong and spicy flavor and is used as condiment in hotdogs, salads, sandwiches and burgers around the world. #Mustard is rich in protein, fiber, vitamin C and many of the B-complex vitamins.

1 tsp paprika powder
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 1/2 cups yellow mustard powder
2 cups mineral water
1 cup white distrilled vinegar

1.11 yellow mustard powder
1.12 salt
1.13 paprika
1.14 tumeric
1.15 garlic
1.18 distrilled white vinegar
1.21 no preservative

2.40 cooking on the low medium heat 10-15 minutes
3.10 refrigrate mustard for couple days before use
