1. Besan/Gram Flour- 1 and 1/2 cup
2. Sugar- 7-8 table spoon.
3. Salt-1 table spoon.
4. Lime juice - 1 table spoon.
5. Ginger and green chili paste-1/2 table spoon.
6. Water-1/2 cup.
7. Eno-1 and 1/2 table spoon.
8. Mustard seed- 1/2 table spoon.
9. Curry Leaves- 7-8
10. Turmeric powder-1/4 table spoon.
11. Oil-4-5 table spoon.
12.Coriander Leaves and shredded coconut for garnishing

You can use baking powder and baking soda instead of Eno
