Описание: In our latest video we discuss the draft of newly proposed Advisory Opinion 41, Use of Technology in an Appraisal or Appraisal Review Assignment. The Appraisal Foundation's Appraisal Standards Board released the draft on January 2, 2026, and it is currently open for public comment through February 2, 2026. During the brief time remaining in this comment period, we wanted to explore the content of this new Advisory Opinion and encourage our viewers to form their own opinions and submit their own feedback to TAF if they feel moved to do so.
