Hagrid's HONEY GLAZED HAM | My Harry Potter Kitchen (Ep. 48)

Описание: Harry and Ron have headed down to Hagrid's Hut for tea which means there's plenty more food on the way!
First up is Ham! Rather than hanging these from the ceiling, this week we're going to be roasting our ham with a honey glaze!
This Honey Glazed Ham is perfect all year round but you can also tweak the spices for a seasonal roast at Christmas!

Hagrid's Honey Glazed Ham Ingredients:
1 unsmoked boneless gammon joint
1 red onion
2 carrots
1 stick of celery
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 bay leaves
1 tsp black peppercorns
1-2 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise
100g muscovado sugar
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
100g honey
handful of cloves
