This week recipe from the Prisoner of Azkaban can be found in Chapter 8 "Flight of the Fat Lady" where Harry and Ron are getting a little bored of the repetitive lessons "after yet another hour of poking shredded lettuce down the Flobberworms slimy throats"

Well, I didn't expect to have to make lettuce magical, but after we turned last years "cabbage" into a cake, I thought it would be good to try and stick to a savoury recipe for this one.
"House Salads" are a popular restaurant dish, so that got me thinking - what would a Hogwarts House Salad consist of?

This magical Hogwarts Salad features shredded lettuce along with a whole host of fresh vegetables and four super easy homemade salad dressings inspired by the Hogwarts Houses!
