Описание: Good Morning! & welcome to your quick and easy morning exercise routine that will get your entire body moving and leave you feeling active, strong and great. I love starting my day with exercise and I hope you set aside 20 minutes to join me too :)

Starting your day off right is so important especially if you aren't feeling so good. When your body is aching and your muscles feel sore there is nothing better than movement exercises to feel great.

You get a boost of energy, your blood flow is increased which means more oxygen gets delivered around your body giving you health and vitality that puts a smile on your face.

This session is my gift to you each morning & I hope you make it a part of your daily routine.

Best of all, you only need a chair to complete the class, so you can do this anywhere every day if you're up to feeling great that often!
