Sakkarai (Jaggery) Pongal ingredients:
Some water
Some milk
Red rice - 2½ cups
Mung dal - ½ cup
Some jaggery
Coconut milk - 2 tins (800ml)
Ghee
Some cashew nuts
Some sultanas
Cardamom powder - 1½ teaspoon
