Cornflour - 3 tablespoons
Red chilli powder - 1½ tablespoons
Red chilli flakes - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1½ tablespoons
Fennel seeds - 2 tablespoons
Cumin seeds - 2 tablespoons
Urad dal - 1½ cups
Whole garlic - 2
Some curry leaves
Paprika - 1 tablespoon
Sunflower oil - 4 to 5 tablespoons
Some water
