Lower body flexibility is important for pole dancers generally, not only for specific flexibility tricks. We ask our bodies to split, straddle and box splits positions without even thinking about it!

No need to warm up, you will be taken through a full warm up and gradually build up to the more intense stretches.

For this video you will need the following equipment:
.
A long strong resistance band, yoga strap or towel
Yoga blocks
A wall
Add an optional weight to the squat and lunge exercises if you like!
