Описание:
1. Starting in a plank position, place your hands on two dumbbells and step your feet back.
2. Press your upper back up toward the ceiling to engage your mid traps, and pull your core in.
3. Step one foot and the same-side arm out to the side, then bring the other side to follow—returning to a strong plank.
4. Keep the dumbbells moving with you as you walk laterally in both directions.
5. Stay controlled and steady, making sure your hips don’t hike up as you move.
