In this video we look at the easy but essential techniques for cutting a whole leg into a thigh and drumstick portion. It then shows how to turn those two things into: a tidied up, 'squat' drumstick portion; skin on, boneless thigh; skinless, boneless thigh; and skin on, boneless drumstick.
