One of the benefits of living in Germany is having access to many farmer's markets, aka Wochenmarkt. Today I am taking you to a Wochenmarkt in Landshut, in Bavaria. Landshut is a beautiful medieval city located directly on the Isar.
We picked up some fresh Pfifferlinge Mushrooms aka Chanterelle Mushrooms, for making Rahmschwammerl. My first time making Rahmschwammerl and it turned out beautiful and delicious. German food is my comfort food.
