Why does culture feel so divided in the U.S.—even though we call ourselves a melting pot?
In this episode, I open up about what I noticed while traveling in Europe—how cultures there seem to blend more naturally, while in the U.S., we often live in cultural pockets that rarely interact. I also reflect on my university project that introduced me to the idea of separatism, and why I’ve always found the topic of cultural appropriation both confusing and, at times, isolating.
This isn’t a rant. It’s a conversation.
One that asks: How do we preserve culture without creating division? And more importantly: How do we share it—with curiosity, respect, and honesty?
Let’s talk about it. For real.
