Hi friends, spend a quiet winter day at home with me. I started my day by waking up at 5:30am to have a very much needed alone time before the day starts, i did journaling, meditation in silence and packing mu kids lunch for school. Ended the afternoon with doing some major cleaning around the house and i shared a Nigerian cow meat stew recipe also called BUKA stew
