Hi Everyone!
Thank you for watching my little cooking video on how to cook Perretxikos! They are a mushroom you find in the Basque Country of Spain. My flatmate introduced me to them and made them in another popular way you see them here but with eggs. I just cooked them in a traditional way with extra virgin olive oil, garlic and parsley. They are delicious and definitely a special treat here in the Basque region.
