Hi everyone,
In today’s video, we’re sculpting and toning the arms with a pilates workout that includes light weights (3-5lbs) and a theraband or resistance band. We’re kneeling for the duration of the workout, but you also can do this standing.
I enjoy arm workouts where the exercises go back-to-back (I love a good burn), so just a heads up, there’s minimal rests throughout. However, the warm-up and cool-down are packed with feel-good stretches that also opens the chest and upper body.
Def listen to your body and modify when needed to better support yourself!
