On this very day, Lord Shri Ram defeated Ravan, ensuring the triumph of dharma over adharma.

On this auspicious occasion, we bring you the coverage of the grand Shobha Yatra at Ramesh Nagar (7 Block), organized by the Astha Ramleela Committee, under the leadership of its esteemed Chairman, Shri Gulshan Virmani Ji.

✨ The Shobha Yatra featured magnificent jhankis of Ramleela characters, portraying the divine figures of:

Shri Ram and Mata Sita

Lakshman, Bharat, and Hanuman

Ravan and Tadaka

Guru Vashisht and other revered personalities


🎭 The main attractions were the majestic depictions of Ram, Sita, Hanuman, Lakshman, Bharat, Tadaka, Ravan, and Guru Vashisht, whose costumes and presence revived the sacred aura of the Treta Yuga.

🚩 The Yatra culminated at Dr. Hedgewar Park, where the effigies of Ravan, Kumbhkaran, and Meghnath were set aflame, symbolizing the eternal victory of righteousness over evil.

The grand procession, with its vibrant energy and devotional spirit, united the community in celebrating the timeless message of truth, virtue, and triumph.
