The Mid Notts Railway & High Marnham Test Track Railway Walk
Starting off at Rufford Lane near the Village of Wellow, i take a look first at the formr Mid Notts Railway, a long closed and overgrown line that ran from Ollerton / Wellow to Farnsfield via Bilsthorpe.
Moving on i walk within a short distance of the track bed along a woodland path, before we meet up with what is now known as the High Marnham Test Track at Ollerton. We walk alongside this through the woods via Boughton Junction, before ending up outside of Kirton Village.
