For a Lebanese producer of meat products Comron International delivered in 2012 a complete, used CFS TempoFrost spiral freezer with matching used Bitzer screw package to freeze down hamburgers. The installation consists of the following main components: CFS/GEA TempoFrost spiral freezer type 600/9.25/100-280 with a capacity of ± 1100 kg/h, completely stainless steel with Goedhart freeze cooler DX, belt washer and stainless steel switch-board with touch screen display, Bitzer screw package consisting of two semi-hermetic screw compressors type HSN 7471-75-40P, with R507 at -40°/+40°C a capaciteit of 100kW, Küba lair-cooled condenser.Design and engineering was done completely by Comron in such a way that the customer could easily install the used cooling installation and spiral freezer by himself under supervision of Comron International.
