Used complete Bitzer CO₂ trans critical DX cooling/freezing installation, built inside a 40FT container for outdoor placement. This unit, in excellent condition, is equipped with the following main components:
4 × Bitzer 4NSL-30K-40P reciprocating compressors, each with a cooling capacity of 62.94 kW at –40 °C / –4 °C (freezing circuit)
6 × Bitzer 4CTC-30K-40P reciprocating compressors, each with a cooling capacity of 65.10 kW at –4 °C / +35 °C (cooling circuit)
Control cabinet with frequency regulation for the compressors and Danfoss controller for system management
Searle air-cooled gas cooler/condenser
Container unit fitted with piping, cabling, and required controls
Container equipped with CO₂ technology, suitable for freezing applications
Cooling capacity: 255 kW/66 tons
Type of refrigerant: CO²
