Описание: If you are somebody with ADHD or someone who struggles from mental health issues or is passionate to learn about them, you are at the right place! Hey you, this is my first video on YouTube and my intent with this channel is to spread awareness about ADHD in a country where mental health is still seen as taboo.

In my hunt for an Indian creator who talks exclusively about neurodivergence and the lesser-known mental health struggles and journey, I found myself digging where there was no gold ---- and no water. And so after months of complaining, I thought 'burying myself would be a better option' haha. I like cracking the weirdest of jokes and talking about the serious-est of topics. Wild combo much? ;P

However, I do like to believe I am here to stay and serve. So come join me and we shall learn together and aim to make this world a more comfortable place for everybody to live in (yes I am begging for you to subscribe, but in a fancy way)
