This is not a bad place to spend the winter as a vanlifer :) I have never been further then Paestum so this region was new to me. I once flew to Napoli and took a train to Paestum and have been to Sicily by plane but now there is time to see all in between.
I could stay at the marine for a few days, even talked with the caribieri (police), the signs say its paid parking but no-one pays. Typical Italia ;)
BTW: cafe is called le Port, not la Punt....
