Описание: હેલ્લો ફ્રેન્ડ્સ , આજે આપણે બનાવીશું એક ટ્રેડિશનલ ગુજરાતી કે વિસરાતી વાનગી જેનું નામ છે " ભૈડકુ " , આ વાનગી બનાવવા માટે 4 - 5 જાતના અનાજ અને શાકભાજી નો ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવે છે જેથી આ ખુબજ હેલ્ધી તો છે જ સાથે ટેસ્ટી પણ છે .આ વાનગી જો તમે નાના બાળકો માટે બનાવતા હોવ તો શાકભાજી ને બાફીને લેવા અથવા સ્કીપ કરવા અને મસાલા માં ફક્ત હળદર મીઠા નો ઉપયોગ કરવો અને થોડું વધારે ઢીલું રાખવું .ભૈડકુ નો લોટ તૈયાર કરીને તમે મહિના સુધી ભાર જ સ્ટોર કરી શકો છો .

1 bowl Rice
1 bowl Moong dal

For Bhaidku :
1 bowl Bhaidku Premix
3.5 bowl Water
2 tsp Oil
1 tsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
Salt to taste
2 Chopped green chillies
1 Capsicum
1 Carrot
1 Tomato
3 tbsp Green peas
2 tbsp Roasted peanut
Coriander leaves
