Every week at the Lighthouse Young People’s Centre in Aston, Birmingham, over 20 young people come together not just to learn badminton, but to build confidence, community, and resilience.

Led by national-level players Alfu and Shahid, this weekly session is more than just a game. It’s a safe space for fun, learning, and personal growth. From warm-ups to powerful smashes, the energy and impact are real 💥
