While reading through the book of Exodus, I found myself relating deeply to Moses: feeling unsure, unprepared, and hesitant, yet still called by God. This episode captures my journey of learning how to show up anyway, invite God into my daily routines, and talk in obedience even when confidence isn’t there yet.

From quiet moments preparing for the gym, to reflective thoughts during my workout, to an honest conversation about balancing ambition, faith, and discouragement, this episode is a reminder that God doesn’t wait for us to feel “ready” before He uses us.
