Hello my CaliFitt friends,
Today I am more than excited to bring to you all another Pilates Bar Ab Workout!! This workout will target your core muscles. It will require you to engage your core in order to complete each workout effectively. If I had to choose a favorite type of workout, then I would have to go for a good Ab workout ! Another great thing about this workout is that you do not have to worry about getting up and down to perform your exercises. Just stay right on the floor, until it’s time to stretch ! The following information concludes each exercise that will be performed in this video .....
1. Flutter Kicks
2. Heel Taps
3. Leg Kick (L)
4.Leg Kick (R)
5. 2 Leg Ab Crunch
Each exercise will be performed on the floor for 40 seconds each, and 20 seconds rest in between! We will then repeat each exercise & then it will be time to stretch
Stretches Include :
1. Forward Stretch and Hold (Halfway)
2. Spine Stretch
3. Shoulder outward stretch & breath
4. Spine Stretch / Lower back stretch
5. Forward stretch with fingers interlocked
6. Wide legs Hamstring Stretch
7. Place hands on floor continue to stretch
8. Butt Up forward stretch on tippie toes with slight rocking movement
9. Bring body and arms up breath in
10. Arms down breath out
11. And Bow !
