Super convenient sugar syrup that can be use in multiple ways. Making drinks, baking, cooking etc.
All of my cooking recipe on this channel uses this exact palm sugar syrup ☺️

Quantities :
white sugar syrup
White sugar - 500 g
Water - 300 ml
Lime juice - 2-4 drops
--------
palm sugar syrup
Palm sugar - 500 g
Water - 200 ml
Lime juice - 2-4 drops
--------
How To -
( for both sugars )
Add the sugar and water into the pot before turning on the heat.
Stir non stop on low heat until dissolved.
Add 2-4 drops of lime juice.
Continue to stir for another 3-5 more minutes.
Let cool completely.
Transfer into your container of choice.
