Are my favorite time of year …

When all is dark and the streets are quiet
I’ll get ready for some cheer

Karma is coming
Karma will be here
Count down the days of Christmas

On the first day of Christmas
I’ll stock up on coal
It’s my preferred gift to give
A representation of your soul

On the second day of Christmas
I’ll mend my biggest bag
Last year was tough; it nearly broke
But I shouldn’t brag

On the third day of Christmas
I’ll coil my ropes and find the knives
There’ll be a letter from Santa’s Helper
With lots of names to memorize

Now, on day four, there’ll be a bender
I’ll probably forget my own name
Days five and six are mine for resting
And to get ready for the game

On Christmas, I’ll have my revelry
Better keep your offspring near
Some of your children aren’t angels
So, allow yourself to see

And that might just … be me

On the seventh day of Christmas
I’ll paint this winter’s mask
It will enhance my darkest features
Because in fear I like to bask

On the eighth day of Christmas
I’ll prepare my trusty oven
There’ll be butter, salt, and spice
Enough to cook some kids - How about a dozen?

On the ninth day of Christmas
I’ll dress up all in black
I gotta blend in with the shadows
Make me impossible to track

Karma is coming
Karma will make a mess
Reign in your little devils
If you want a merry Christmas
Some of your children aren’t angels
So, allow yourself to see
What goes around must come around
And that might just … be me

On days ten and eleven,
I’ll gladly roam the streets
I’ll capture all the evil brats
And slaughter them like geese!

Oh, but the twelfth day of Christmas
Is my favorite day of the year!
I’ll skin and cook and feast and dance
I’ll burst with joy and cheer!

Oh, how I will laugh and jeer

You think Santa’s Helper is the bright one
For he doesn’t make good children cry
But you forget who’s the list’s keeper
You fools dismiss his spying eye

No, he plays nice, and I bring the judgment
He’s just the light side of our coin
