Ingredient.
Ripe banana 2 medium ~200 g
Vanilla essence 2 drops 2 drops
Walnuts 1 tbsp or 15 g
Almonds 1 tbsp or 15 g
Dark chocolate chips 1 tbsp or 15 g
Rolled oats 1 cup or 90 g.
Optional drink:
1 cup black tea
2 cloves
1 tsp lemon juice
Honey (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F / 180°C.
In a bowl, mash the 2 ripe bananas until smooth.
Add 2 drops of vanilla essence, chopped walnuts, and almonds, and dark chocolate chips. Mix gently.
Stir in 1 cup (90 g) rolled oats until fully combined.
Scoop small portions of the dough onto a lined baking tray. Flatten slightly with a spoon.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and firm.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Optional Tea:
Brew 1 cup black tea with 2 cloves.
Add 1 tsp lemon juice.
Sweeten with honey if desired.
Notes:
