Is the East Coast of Scotland's NC500 Overlooked? |

Описание: Most people tend to rush through the eastern half of Scotland's NC500 in order to get to the north shore and the west side -- but are they missing out?

The answer is yes. The leeward side of the Far North may not get the same level of publicity as the windward side since the latter has so much amazing scenery, but the east coast of Scotland's Northern Highlands is also staggeringly beautiful.

In this episode we visit Castle Sinclair Girnigoe in Wick, as well as John o' Groats -- two amazing spots in Caithness, the northeastern tip of Scotland. We also explore Embo Beach in Sutherland, just outside Dornoch: one of the most amazingly scenic beaches in all of the UK, which is astonishingly overlooked by most of the people who visit the Far North of Scotland. And Annabelle kitty returns with a cameo!

If you're visiting the Far North of Scotland, do yourself a favor and get off the NC500. There's so much incredibly scenery to explore -- places that you'll never see if you never venture off the beaten path.
