In this vlog, I just spent a winter evening at home preparing dinner. I made a chicken kebab handi, and it turned out absolutely delicious. The other evening, we went out to a beautiful place for coffee by the Bosphorus and also checked out some lovely Ramadan decoration items.

🍗 Chicken Kebab – Ingredients
• Chicken mince
• Onion
• Green chilies
• Fresh herbs
• Ginger garlic paste
• Tomato (optional)
• Salt
• Red chili powder
• Cumin powder
• Coriander powder
• Garam masala
• Corn flour
• Olive oil

Mix everything well, shape into kebabs, and cook. Set aside.

🍲 Handi – Ingredients
• Onions
• Ginger
• Garlic
• Green chilies
• Tomatoes
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Garlic powder or paste
• Soy sauce
• Turmeric powder
• Cumin powder
• Yogurt
• Fresh cream (2–3 tbsp)
• Coal for smoke

🍲 Handi – Method

Fry onions until golden, then blend them with ginger, garlic, and green chilies.

Sauté the paste well, add tomatoes and spices, and cook nicely. Now add yogurt and cook until the oil separates. Add cream, then put in the kebabs. Finish it with coal smoke for that beautiful aroma.
