In this vlog, I went out for a Turkish breakfast and enjoyed the rainy Bosphorus view along with my breakfast. Later in the evening, it started snowing, everything felt magical and cozy, and I made lasagna for dinner. After that, I went out to enjoy the winter festive vibes in the city.

Lasagna Recipe 🍝

Tomato (Red) Sauce
Ingredients:
• Chicken or vegetable mince
• Onion (finely chopped)
• Garlic (minced)
• Tomato puree or canned tomatoes
• Salt, black pepper
• Red chili flakes / paprika
• Italian herbs
• Bell pepper (optional)
• Oil

Method:
Heat oil, sauté onion until soft. Add garlic and mince, cook well. Add tomato puree, spices, and herbs. Let it simmer until thick and flavorful.

White Sauce (Bechamel)
Ingredients:
• Butter
• All-purpose flour
• Milk (warm)
• Salt, white/black pepper
• Nutmeg (pinch, optional)

Method:
Melt butter, add flour and cook for a minute. Slowly add milk while whisking. Cook until smooth and creamy. Season well.

Lasagna Sheets
• Boil lasagna sheets in salted water until slightly soft
• Drain and keep aside
(Skip boiling if using oven-ready sheets)



Assembling
• Layer tomato sauce, lasagna sheets, white sauce, and cheese
• Repeat layers
• Top with white sauce and cheese



Bake at 180°C until golden and bubbly ✨
