Not only does this edible fruit basket look and taste incredible, it's filled with the perfect combination of a light cheesecake cream, sweet strawberry jam, and an assortment of fresh fruit. Get your vitamins the fun way with this tasty treat!

Ingredients:

For the pastry dough:

2 cups flour
1¼ sticks cold butter, cubed
¼ cup cold water
1 egg yolk
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 whisked egg for the egg wash

For the cheesecake cream:

⅔ cup cream cheese
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
½ cup heavy cream, whipped

For the filling:

strawberry jelly
fresh fruit
mint leaves to garnish
