Ingredients:

For the baklava:

10 oz phyllo pastry dough
⅓ cup vegetable oil
⅔ cup apple juice
⅔ cup mixed nuts, chopped
¼ cup sugar
juice & zest of 1 lemon
chopped pistachios & honey to garnish

For the dried fruit & nut paste:

½ cup mixed nuts
6 oz dried fruit
¾ cup oats
¼ stick butter, melted

For the raspberry cheesecake cream filling:

4 raspberry jello cups
⅓ cup honey
16 oz cream cheese
