Join Laura and Isla for a PE Lesson with a twist! A 12 minute, fun, kids physical education lesson designed to help your child stay active at home. Whatever age we are, we all need to exercise. This easy to follow at home workout class consists of 16 simple exercises each lasting for 30 seconds.
The routine can be repeated to make a longer workout if needed.
Workout:.
1) Jumping Jacks
2) Squats
3) Butt Kick
4) Jab Cross / Front Kick
5) Hop
6) Alternate Leg Lunge
7) Touch Floor Squat
8) Arm Circles
9) Burpees
10) Plank
11) Sprint
12) Squat & Shoot
13) Side Jump
14) Speed Ball
15) Robot
16) Squat Hold
Hand clapping sequence: Mary Mack and Double Double.
