Did you know you can make a zesty, real-food salmon glaze using our farm powders and local maple syrup? 🇨🇦
Most store-bought "glazes" are just bottles of dyed high-fructose corn syrup. Today, we’re ditching the additives for a clean, high-performance meal that hits the table in under 15 minutes.
We’re using our Whittington Farms Haskap powder, fresh lemon, and local Ontario maple syrup to create a bright, zesty finish that actually fuels your body. Zero fillers aka no funny stuff.
The Build:
2 Salmon Fillets (Pat dry for the best crust!)
1 tbsp Whittington Farms Haskap Powder
3 tbsp Local Maple Syrup
1 tsp Fresh Lemon Zest
1/2 tsp Fresh Ginger
Sea Salt & Black Pepper
Method:
Whisk the glaze until the haskap "blooms."
Coat the salmon and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10 mins.
Broil for the final 2 mins for that sticky, professional-grade finish.
