If we are in our Yin we can be calm and centered. If we are in our Yang we can feel powerful, focused and motivated.
However if we are existing in one energy too much we can become out of balance ...
Too much time spent in our Yin energy can lead to us we becoming complacent, unmotivated and lethargic.
Too much time spent in out Yang energy can lead to us burning out, feeling chaotic and overwhelmed.
