From the constant smell of fresh waffles drifting through the venue, to the cozy, intimate feel of Stadium Court, to the warmth and hospitality of the European Open team, this might just be the coziest tournament I’ve ever attended.

In this vlog, I take you behind the scenes at the event, explore downtown Brussels, and share a taste of the city’s charm, food, and energy. Even though the trip was short, it was packed with tennis, sightseeing, and adventure.

The player field this year was incredibly strong, and I got to watch some truly world-class tennis up close. Huge congratulations to the entire tournament team — including the Flemish and French Federations — for an amazing and successful first year in Brussels.
