Speedy Tuna & Rice Patties
Why it works: Affordable, protein-packed, and freezer-friendly — great for lunchboxes or quick meals.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup cooked Allsome Rice
• 1 can tuna, drained
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp breadcrumbs or flour
• 1 tbsp chopped spring onion or onion
• Salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika or lemon zest
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl to form a thick mixture.
2. Shape into small patties.
3. Fry in a little oil for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
4. Serve with sweet chilli sauce, salad, or between buns.
