I decided to take a small weekend trip to Fort Madison, IA mainly for some railfanning action but also some river action as well. Much like last year, I stayed at the Kingsley Inn (the Fort Madison virtual railfan camera is located there) which is just a short walk from both the BNSF Chillicothe sub and the BNSF Hannibal sub (K-Line). I picked the train up in Mendota, IL and would take it about 2 hours and 15 minutes to Fort Madison. The trip was closer to 3 hours as we had to stop close to the bridge due to a barge and a Eastbound BNSF stack train had to cross over. Overall a smooth ride and the seats were comfortable. Enjoy and don't forget to comment and subscribe!!!!
