This video is probably the most important of the training video, because players so rarely work on these 2 areas of their fitness: Balance & Flexibility!
Almost all the shots in padel are single leg dominant, so naturally balance work is so functional for your performance. Here I give a few exercises that can be a separate session or part of a warm up before you play padel.
The stretching exercises should always be a part of the weekly routine. It does not need to be straight after a training session, but warm muscles can help.
