For $45, this was a deal we couldn't pass up. The tables were rusty, knives dull as can be, but with some elbow grease and a few hundred dollars for a helical cutter head, all in all this is quite a find.
In this video I work on cleaning up the table surfaces, ultimately alternating between using 400g sand paper and a razor blade, then spray them down with fluid film to prevent flash rust. Then disassembly begins in preparation for the new helical cutter head installation.
