It was described in tablets from the Akkadian Empire (circa 2300 BCE) as a “terrifying splendour,” the outward reflection of inner alignment. Similarly, in Kabbalistic mysticism, this fire is called “Nefesh”, the primal layer of soul that animates the body and responds to intentional action.

But modern science too has caught up. Neuroplasticity confirms: focused effort rewires the brain. Dopaminergic pathways ignite when you set a goal and move toward it even thinking with clarity begins to reforge you. Motivation isn’t just mental. It’s energetic.
