Welcome to Tbilisi, Georgia. I arrived with high hopes of showing you the massive Holy Trinity Cathedral, but I immediately ran into a problem: I wasn't allowed to film.
Instead of the cinematic shots I promised, you’re getting Google Images and a brief walk through the streets of Old Tbilisi. It wasn't exactly the "grand opening" I had planned for this trip. To make matters worse (or better, depending on how much you like budget misery), I ended my first day in a foreign capital the only way I know how—reviewing a Georgian McDonald's for dinner.
